Common rheumatic diseases were ascertained through the application of diagnostic criteria from the American College of Rheumatology and the European League against Rheumatism. Using Google Trends, osteoarthritis (OA), rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (AS), systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia syndrome, and gout were identified as the four most frequently searched keywords. Using seven-point Likert scales for reliability and usefulness, we evaluated the responses, a scale we developed.
OA achieved the top score in terms of reliability, represented by a mean standard deviation of 562117. AS, on the other hand, attained the top score in terms of usefulness, with a mean of 587017. A statistical evaluation of ChatGPT's answers revealed no material variation in their trustworthiness and practicality, resulting in p-values of .423 and .387 respectively.
